Terms of Service

These terms cover the services Chosen Oak LLC (“Chosen Oak,” “I”) provides to the business that signs up (“Client,” “you”).

1. Services

Chosen Oak helps your business show up when customers ask AI tools and search engines who to call. Services include:

• Free audit: a score out of 100 showing where your business stands.
• Setup (one time): fixing the gaps found in the audit, such as your Google Business Profile, directory listings, reviews setup and website details.
• Monthly upkeep: ongoing maintenance, a monthly report on where you show up and how your score moved, and a 15-minute check-in.
• Add-ons: any extra services listed on your invoice or agreed in writing.

What you provide: accurate business information, access to your accounts (or permission to manage them), and timely approvals. Delays in access or approvals may delay the work.

2. Fees, billing and cancellation

• Setup fee: $500, one time, due before setup work begins. Each extra location adds $250.
• Monthly fee: $297 per month, plus $150 per extra location, billed automatically on the same date each month. Your agreed rate appears on your first invoice.
• Rate lock: your monthly rate stays the same for as long as your service stays active. If you cancel and come back later, current pricing applies.
• Late payment: if a payment is more than 10 days late, work may pause until the account is current.
• No long-term contract: service is month to month.
• Cancellation: either side may cancel with 30 days’ written notice (email is fine). You pay for the current month and the notice period. Setup fees and months already paid are not refundable.
• Taxes: any sales tax required by law is added to the invoice.

3. Referral program

• Refer a business that signs up and pays its first month, and your next monthly fee is free.
• There is no limit on referrals. Free months stack and apply one after another.
• The referred business must be new to Chosen Oak and name you when it signs up.
• Free months have no cash value and end if your service is canceled.

4. Results, ownership and liability

• No guaranteed rankings: AI tools and search engines are run by other companies and change often. Chosen Oak does the work those tools pay attention to and reports the results each month, but does not guarantee any specific ranking, placement, recommendation, number of calls or sales.
• Your accounts stay yours: your Google Business Profile, listings, website and reviews belong to you. If service ends, Chosen Oak returns or removes its access within 7 days.
• Your information: your business information is used only to provide these services and is not sold or shared.
• Case studies: Chosen Oak may share your results (such as before-and-after scores) only with your written permission.
• Liability: Chosen Oak’s total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. Chosen Oak is not responsible for actions by Google, AI companies, review sites or other third parties.
• Changes: Chosen Oak may update these terms with 30 days’ notice. Your locked rate is not affected.
• Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
